Tractor Supply pressure washers (TS01 & TS02): POS Italian pumps; loader problems

Annovi Reverberi SJV 3G27 - 1

Annovi Reverberi (AR) SJV 3G27-1 described as a Troy-Bilt replacement pump. Label states to us SAE 75w90, yet AR site states to use 30w non-detergent oil.

0610.2010 mutt update

Tested pw_MUTT: Tested out fine. There seemed 2b a slight oil leak. Checked pump & engine oil: both full. Pump was slightly over-filled, oil was prob just blow-by from vent cap.

Mounted axd3020 pump on pw_PYRO (engine caught on fire @ Paul jrs). Pump was suposed 2b bad and would lock down engine. The loader on pumpg was packed w/ sand & clay. Dismantled, cleaned and reassembled loader. Pump worked gr8.

0602_2010: pw_hairy

Oil black, no pump.

Fixed flat tire. Changed oil. Surges. Has new Air Filter.
Cleaned carb. Removed carb, inspected, removed and cleaned (no trash in bowl). Seems to like to be slightly choked.

Note: Will pick up key stock & part 4 a pump to test on unit (tomorrow: 06.03.10). Will put on Comet AXD3020 pump tomorrow for testing.

Note: Hairy the Pressure Washer has a Honda Engine.

06.02.2010: PW_01

PW_01 had flat tire(s). Tried tire goop, yet this unit and another one had leaks at steams. I converted this unit to solid tires.

MUTT

Finished pic of pw_MUTT with HD ripcord. Should have named it Frankenstein since it was brought back from the dead ;)

05.20.2010: pw_MUTT(c)

This pw came in more damaged & jacked up than normal.
Problems: pull cord broke, gas switch ripped out, engine oil black (only a 4-6 ozs of it, lol), no oil in pump, need connector for wand at pump. Wow, don't know if it would be better 2part this one out (put it down) or rebuild it...

Someone butchered this one.
Any who, Threw away the busted Rip-Cord housing. Riveted one on from an old 8hp I had. Installed new fuel line at carb. Mounted fuel switch. Note: Fuel switch wouldn't fit back in trim (Some one put a switch on that isn't for that model...)
Filled with 30wt oil and req. 6ozs. of pump oil.

Tested it and amazingly it ran well and sprayed without surging.

As you can see this one is named Alan.
On retrospect, it would probably be better to name them more uncommon names..

Scratch, his name is mutt (for the different parts on it).

05.20.2010: PW_01

PW_01 came in with possible oil leak.

Checked both engine & pump oil. Both full. Probably runoff from recent oil change (01). Deck was cracked on both sides: reinforced w/straps & pop rivets.

This is our Mascott...

The purple drank mellowed him out, yet caused him 2 lose 2 arms, lol
